"Everything looks to be in place. I have been away for two weeks and Martin Foyle had also been away, so I have left it up to agents to sort things out," he told The Sentinel.
"When Martin Foyle said he was interested in signing me I was pleased to come to Vale. Everything, from the facilities to the other players has been great.
"It has been a matter of ironing a few things out, but while there are one or two little things to sort out, there is nothing major."
