"Dave has been made a contract offer that, at this moment in time, he is not going to accept," Seasman told The Sentinal
"He feels, and we feel, that he is better and he is not going to accept it.
"He is a player I have known since before he was 16-years-old and I have a lot of time for him.
"He is a smashing young lad and his family are excellent.
"If he is willing to learn and listen, he has the potential to go to the top level - that is my opinion."
